First off, this review is not the typical company review that you read where someone pretty much bashes another company in order to persuade you to come mosey on over to take a gander at theirs.
Nope, that’s not what this is. This is a PURE REVIEW on 6 year old Visalus Sciences, the company, the products, and the procedure to tear it up in big time in this business and reach the level of Ambassador and beyond.
Right now there is a huge buzz going on in the network marketing world revolving around Visalus Sciences and their extremely popular ‘Challenge’ – a 90 day program to see massive transformation in your health and physique.
The Mission and Men Behind Visalus Sciences
To keep this part short and sweet, the mission statement behind Visalus is to simply make a positive impact on the life, health, and prosperity of everyone in which they come in contact. Sounds like a pretty good mission statement if you ask me. I mean seriously, what could be more important than our life, health, and prosperity? Not much.
The men behind the company are Ryan Blair, Blake Mallen, and Nick Sarnicola. According to my research, I found Blake Mallen and Nick Sarnicola both to be documented as having previous experience in Network Marketing prior to their involvement in Visalus Sciences.
The corporate website mentioned that Blake Mallen had nearly a decade of experience in MLM but did not make mention of his actual successes. However, it did mention that Nick Sarnicola had reached the top of his former MLM company’s comp plan in record time.
As for Ryan Blair, it mentioned him as having extensive business experience but did not document any actual ‘in the field’ experience as a distributor for a network marketing company. (The reason why I discuss this is because it is vital that your leadership has some type of in the field experience as a distributor in this industry – I guess 2 out of 3 isn’t bad)
How to Make Money in Visalus
If you want to make money in Visalus Sciences you are obviously going to have to move some product. I will naturally assume that if you are reading this review that you are probably pretty familiar with Visalus – or you are wanting to learn how to make money with it – so I will not waste your time or mine on the products.
Obviously, they provide health and wellness products that allow you to enhance your physique, performance, and quality of life. I do know that they provide shakes and energy drinks to name a few. Now in order for you to make money, outside of selling product you are going to have to find a few distributors to partner with you so that you can build a distribution team. The purpose of this is so that you can build leverage, where eventually you have so many people promoting and using the products that your business will grow without you. (True duplication)
In order to achieve the goal of building a large team, usually this will consist of building a list of 100 family and friends, co-workers, and acquaintances and inviting them to take a look at the business. We’ll talk talk more about this later.
Visalus Sciences Comp Plan and Bimmer Club
With the Visalus compensation plan there 8 ways in which distributors can earn income. I won’t spend a lot of time talking about this but I will break them down just a bit.

I am however going to take a few minutes to talk about their coveted ‘Bimmer Club‘ since this is what I personally believe has been creating all of the buzz lately behind the “Visalus opportunity”.
As of late there have been people joining Visalus in droves, and I think that it is partly – if not primarily – because of the ‘Bimmer Club’. The allure of having the possibility to win a BMW (model of your choice – as long as it’s black) could be pretty provoking to someone who feels they have what it takes to get out there and hit the level of Regional Director in Visalus.
That’s the qualification in order to get the bonus each month is to hit the level of Regional Director. You must also keep and maintain sales requirements in order to continually receive this bonus according to the disclaimer on their page.
Is Visalus a Good Company to Join?
I think Visalus is an amazing company to join. They have financial backing like you would not believe, they were recently featured in the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 100 Direct Selling Companies in the world, and co-founder Ryan Blair is scheduled to be on Dr.Phil next month (August 2011) to discuss their extremely popular Body By Vi weight loss challenge.
A wise man once told me documentation beats conversation, and I think this is some pretty powerful documentation in regards to Visalus Sciences being a good company and a legitimate business opportunity.
The part your upline won’t tell you…
The sad truth about this industry is that many people fail because they were never really given a blueprint for success. Most of us are all told the same thing no matter what company it is. That is, to go out out and make a list of 100 friends and family or whoever you know.
If that doesn’t work someone might even tell you to dress up in your finest threads and go hide in the bushes and jump out at every person that walks buy and scream, “WANNA LOSE SOME WEIGHT!” Seriously, walking around in shopping malls and other random locations looking for people to pitch your business to can be indescribably painful.
Talking to your warm market should always be your first priority no matter what some “internet guru” tells you about never making a single phone call and building a Ginormous team. It just doesn’t work like that…
The thing that you need to know is that with the power of the internet the world has become a lot smaller. If you want to really reach the ranks of Ambassador and beyond then it is imperative that you have a backup strategy to find and generate leads for your Visalus business.
The Key to Hitting Ambassador in Visalus
Not only do you have to do all of the basics like prospecting and learning how to market. You also need to develop certain SKILLS in order to perform this task appropriately. Although even more important than that is your reason WHY you have chosen to be a part of this business.
Doing it simply for the money is not enough. You have to know WHY you want the money. Where would you go? How would you spend it? Would you donate to charity? These are all questions that you have to keep in mind when you join a network marketing company.
When then “WHY” is big enough the “How To” becomes easy… always remember that in any of your future endeavors. If you are considering joining an MLM company, you always want to ask yourself these 3 questions.
- Do I believe in the leadership?
- Do I believe in the products?
- Would I use the product if there was not a comp plan attached?
If you answered yes to all 3 of these questions it’s really just a matter of you putting your head down and getting to work. If you really want to be successful in Visalus Sciences learn to love rejection, learn how to properly market, and make sure you answered yes to the 3 questions.
