SEO or Search Engine Optimization is one of the key components of learning how to market on the internet. If you have been around for any length of time I’m sure you’ve heard of SEO. Well today I’m going to give you my opinion on where you should go to get your advice on SEO.
….Okay so let’s get down to business
The first place that anyone should look when seeking advice on internet marketing is Google. I personally believe that ANYTHING YOU WANT IS ON GOOGLE. All you have to do is look for it.
….Okay so what do I look for when I get to Google?
Alright, now that you’ve gone to Google a few things that you could start off searching for are the following:
- SEO
- SEO Tips
- Backlinks (How To Get Backlinks)
- Link Building (Link Building Services)
- SEO Advice
- SEO Forums
These are a few ideas that will get you started on your journey to become the next ninja warrior of SEO…
Now obviously all of these resources will assist you in becoming more proficient in your SEO skills, but if you want to take it a step further here’s what you do:
- Search for each one of the above terms on Google
- Find the results that are at the top on the left hand side of the page. (Underneath the top 1 to 3 results that say sponsored links) Those are the organic search results or the SEO results.
- Click on the top link…. (remember not to click on the sponsored links)
- Click on each of the links for the above terms and bookmark them.
- Review the material on each of the sites daily until you’re ready to move on to the next step.
If you simply follow these steps you should find all of the advice on SEO that you’ll ever need to get your website showing up on the search engines for you desired keywords.
